We offer a full service for the supply and application of TiO2 visible light activated coatings (Nano-Particle size 2- 3nm) which is US FDA approved and fully accredited for use across Asia and Europe. The certified product can significantly reduce
odors, prevent mold, and create a residual anti-microbial surface as well as reducing VOCs and other toxins in line with all the properties of our other TiO2- based products.
Suitable for offices, hospitals, restaurants, nursing homes, GP’s, Vets, work environments, zoos, food/meat Processing units, dental surgeries and public transport facilities etc. Used to reduce air toxins and create anti-microbial surfaces with self-cleaning or easy-to-clean surfaces.
This leap in technology has created a “binderless” product that is visible-light activated and offered at a very realistic and affordable price.
Due to the particulate size our primary coating is applied via Spray systems which offer the most complete coverage and the system allows for the treatment of all soft and hard surfaces within any location including ceilings, walls, floors and furnishings.
Dependent upon location, we carry out a no-quibble initial site survey to ascertain the client requirements. If the client wishes to proceed we will go to the second stage of application, which broadly speaking will incorporate:
Location review: a complete review of the location taking the following digital measurements:
· UV-A & UV-B, · Temperature
Application: Using the Electrostatic spray systems we apply the treatment onto the surfaces defined.
Training: On completion we provide the maintenance staff with training on how the surfaces should be cleaned for maximum effect (cost saving use of clean water and microfiber cloths/mops) and the correct process of cleaning. Each operative trained would receive a certificate. The client would also receive a Certificate of Environmental Conditioning.
Report: On completion of the project the client would receive a fully documented report defining all aspects of the completed project including details of environmental measurements taken, surfaces treated etc.
All surfaces for coating application must be clean, dry and have free and easy access to the property or area to be coated.
